This bit gives you more flex and bend than the original lifter. I love the short shank for starting colts and the long shank for running the more solid horse. It comes in all four mouth pieces giving you lots of options.
Horses like this bit a great deal; the copper makes it appealing to a horse's palate. It is very mild for a twisted snaffle as the larger twist is less abrasive in a horse's mouth. Weighted rings encourage a lower head carriage.
