Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction with merchandise purchased from this website is guaranteed!  We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Frontier Western Shop for a full refund within 30 days from the time of purchase. 

If for some reason you find it necessary to return an item, please follow the steps on our return form available here to download.  All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as you received it.  Returned items must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days from the time of purchase.  We will not accept returned packages COD.  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Books and DVD's are not returnable.  Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returned or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We guarantee products only when used for the purpose intended, under fair treatment and ordinary conditions. Tack is not designed for horses to pull back on.  We will replace or repair - at our discretion - articles which prove to be defective in workmanship.  Merchandise returned after 30 days may be refunded or exchanged in the form of a gift card for use in store or online.

Please NOTE:  Dishes and glassware are ship at your own risk, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.

 

Returns Policy

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No return or exchange. This includes discounts and storewide sales that we offer throughout the year. For example, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas Sales.

30 day return policy on regular priced items.

Exchange or store credit only without receipt or over 30 days from purchase at our discretion.

 

Saddle Return Policy

It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives please inspect it carefully, making sure it is the saddle you ordered. Saddle your horse with it using a clean saddle pad. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit. While wearing an older clean pair of jeans feel free to ride the saddle one time to ensure it fits both you and your horse. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle requires a break in period and will not sit completely down on the horses back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A restocking fee will be assessed on saddles not returned in new condition.

 

How to complete a return or exchange:

We are more then happy to return or exchange regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. 

For a return, simply fill out the return form attached here and available below and send back your items. When they arrive at the store, we will inspect the item(s) and refund your order. 

For exchanges, we recommend just making a new order for the item you want, so that it ships the same day and does not sell out. Then simply complete a return using the return form here and linked below. If you do not want to make a new order, fill out the exchange section of the return form and we will do our best to complete that transaction based on price and stock availability.
