1680 (super tough) nylon turnout blanket with 400 gram insulation (extra warm!) Non-seam top line reduces binding. Complete with cross belly straps, and leg straps to keep this extra deep sided blanket in place. It also has shoulder gussets and a tail flap. Waterproof and breathable with regular neck. The blankets are exceptionally warm, fit very well and extremely durable. The high wither fitting keeps the blanket from running back and hanging behind the wither as so many cut-out blankets do. My horses are turned out in winter pasture with barbed wire fences (we have cattle), so there is the occasional catch on a barb, but these tears do not run. I would highly recommend these blankets for warmth, fit and durability! |
