Frontier Western Shop is a full service western tack, clothing and gift store located in the heart of southern Alberta's ranch and rodeo country . We carry a large inventory of saddles, western tack, clothing, giftwear, western decor, hats, boots, and anything western that you can think of. The Frontier website offers our full inventory to shop from the comfort of your own home - no matter where you live! We can ship merchandise safely to nearly anywhere.

It all began 30 years ago in 1981. Frontier Western Shop opened a small store on Highway 2 just 1 block south from where we are now located. Wow, we've come a long way! We now have 25,000 square feet of retail space full of western lifestyle products to meet your needs.  Clothing and home decor is located in the front building and tack is located in the west building.  Two great stores, one location!

Frontier offers the largest and most diverse western and rustic home decor selection in Western Canada.

Who we are.. we are an Alberta company that has been in business for 30 years. Owners and Managers in the company all have long ranch, rodeo and performance horse backgrounds that truly connect us with the genuine Western lifestlye.

What we do.. We source and buy tack and apparel, design and build it, and most importantly we use it. Each member of the Frontier team owns horses and rides. Our staff includes people with experience in the following - which helps us to test and develop products: Cutting, Roping, Ranch Riding, Trail Riding, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding and Showing.

When we need more input, we are fortunate to have many of the finest horse people in North America who are our customers. We thank you for your input, and your business.
