Frontier Western Shop Return Policy & Guarantee:Your satisfaction with merchandise purchased from this catalogue is guaranteed. If for some reason you find it necessary to return an item, please call for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without return authorization numbers will not be processed nor accepted. We will not accept returned packages COD. A restocking charge of 15% will be charged for all returned items, unless otherwise approved. Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returned or they will be subject to a restocking fee. Books, tapes, used ropes and new ropes that have been used are not returnable. We guarantee products only when used for the purpose intended, under fair treatment and ordinary conditions. Tack is not designed for horses to pull back on. We will replace or repair - at our discretion, articles which prove to be defective in workmanship.
Saddle Return Policy:
It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives please inspect it carefully, making sure it is the saddle you ordered. Saddle your horse with it using a clean saddle pad. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit. While wearing an older clean pair of jeans feel free to ride the saddle one time to ensure it fits both you and your horse. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle requires a break in period and will not sit completely down on the horses back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A restocking fee will be assessed on saddles not returned in new condition.
Backorders:
We make every attempt to have all items in stock; however, in the event that we backorder an item, it will be shipped as soon as possible. We can call before we ship the backorder to let you know that it will be coming. Please understand that backorders may happen for several reasons. Some of these reasons are beyond Frontier’s control. Your satisfaction is what our business is built on.
Freight Shortages or Damages:
If your shipment has been damaged, be sure your delivery person notes this on the freight bill before you sign it. The carrier guarantees safe delivery. Any claims due to damage or loss during shipment must be made to the carrier.
Policy:
The user assumes all risks entailed in action as Frontier Western Shop Ltd. cannot guarantee freedom from injury. Use of any equipment listed in this catalogue or sold through the retail store, cannot prevent serious injury to horse or rider. Equine events are dangerous in nature and the participant assumes all risks herein. Frontier Western Shop Ltd. cannot be held liable for failure to make delivery.
